Test of Emergency Communications System

Dear families,

As part of our ongoing commitment to safety within our school district, we regularly conduct testing of our emergency communication systems. We want to inform you that on Thursday, November 2, between 5 pm and 6 pm, all families with children enrolled in the District will receive an email, an automated phone call, and a text message as part of this scheduled test.

Please be assured that this is purely a test, aimed at ensuring the functionality and reliability of our communication systems in the event of delays, school closures due to adverse weather conditions, or other emergency situations. Each parent or guardian will receive the text message and phone call based on the specific Skyward Family Access information associated with their account.

In preparation for this test, we encourage families to review and verify their Skylert/School Messenger settings in their Skyward Family Access accounts. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the test text message or phone call on Thursday, we kindly request that you contact Laura Talavera at talavera@waterford.k12.wi.us for further assistance.

Your cooperation and partnership in this matter are greatly appreciated as we work together to ensure the safety and well-being of our students and the entire school community.

Thank you for your partnership and support!
