New Hamburger Buns

Due to an unforeseen shortage, food services recently underwent a necessary transition in their hamburger bun supplier. After an extensive search and evaluation, they successfully procured a substitute brand known as Golden Home. Although the replacement buns possess similar ingredients, it is important to note that milk has been introduced as a new component, unlike the previous buns. To ensure parents are well-informed, Food Services intends to communicate this change, particularly to those with children who may have milk-related sensitivities or allergies. The modified hamburger buns will be introduced on June 1st during lunch and will subsequently be used for field days.

To facilitate this communication effectively, Food Service will generate a comprehensive report to identify students who are designated as allergic to milk. It should be noted that this mass notification encompasses families who may not have explicitly listed such allergies in the Skyward system. Food Service will promptly inform secretaries to relay this crucial information to teachers, thereby enabling them to instruct the students to abstain from consuming the new buns unless otherwise specified.
