To better connect our families with valuable programs and resources, Waterford Graded School District has partnered with Peachjar! This new platform allows us to share important school and community flyers with parents digitally, saving our schools time, money, and paper.

Parents:

What this means for you:

• School-approved digital flyers will be sent to your email inbox, twice a month, where you can easily click to sign up for events and programs. No more rifling through binders to find this information. The best part? If you have students attending different schools, you will still receive one email with all your child's flyers.

• To ensure you don’t miss notifications, we suggest you add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts and click “always display images” when you receive your first email.

Peachjar for Community Organizations

Waterford Graded School District wants to help our families discover valuable community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! We're excited to partner with Peachjar, a digital flyer distribution platform.

What Peachjar Means for You:

• Digital Distribution: Say goodbye to paper! All outside organization flyers will now be distributed digitally through Peachjar. This saves you time and effort driving to schools, and it's typically much less expensive than printing and delivering paper flyers.
• Enhanced Features: Your digital flyers can include clickable buttons that link directly to your website, and you'll even get performance reports to see how many families view your flyer.
• Easy Submission:
  1. Register: Create an account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com.
  2. Review Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with our Flyer Approval Guidelines and Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for tips on flyer creation and information about discount pricing.
  3. Submit: Go to 'Post & Notify' in your Peachjar account to upload your PDF flyer.
  4. Select Schools: Choose the school(s) for distribution.
  5. Submission Deadline: Submit your flyer for approval by 8 AM on Thursday's. Flyers submitted after this deadline will be included in the next email.
• Pricing: Peachjar charges no more than $25 per school for district approval and distribution. Discounts are available on Peachjar.com. You'll find this cost is generally less than printing and distributing paper flyers, with the added benefit of tracking your flyer's metrics.
• Approval and Distribution:
  • Once you submit, your flyer will be sent to the district for approval.
  • Approved flyers will be emailed to parents and posted on each school's web flyerboard for your selected duration.
  • If your flyer is denied, you'll receive a refund. You can then make the requested edits and resubmit.
