Request for Proposal (RFP) for Banking Services

1. Introduction and Compliance Statement This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Waterford Graded School District (the “School District”) in accordance with federal procurement regulations under 2 CFR 200.320 and applicable Wisconsin Statutes, including Chapter 34 regarding public deposits. The purpose of this solicitation is to ensure full and open competition and to identify a qualified financial institution capable of providing the highest quality depository and treasury management services to the School District.
2. Objective The Waterford Graded School District (the "School District") is currently seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions interested in providing the highest quality depository and treasury management services. The School District is a tax-exempt entity, and therefore, taxes are not to be included in a proposer's fee calculations.
