Fox River will be hosting a Wisconsin Department of Health Services COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Tuesday, November 23rd from 4pm-7pm. This clinic has been allocated 150 pediatric doses for ages 5 -11.
Vaccine Type: Pfizer (pediatric)
Parents and legal guardians are required to accompany their child. Anyone age 5 and older is currently eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine is free and proof of insurance, ID, or citizenship is not required.
Individuals who plan to be vaccinated can register in advance at vaccinate.wi.gov. You do not need to pick a specific location or create an appointment, just go through the registration process. The vaccine team will then look the individuals up by name at the clinic. If individuals do not have the ability to register in advance, they can register on-site by verbally providing their information to the vaccine team. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
The DHS team will come back to Fox River Middle School on December 14th, 2021 4pm -7 pm to administer the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
