Dear Waterford Families,
With the current health circumstances, the WGSD Administrative Team is temporarily closing the Waterford Recreation Department. In addition, all indoor and outdoor facility usage requests at Fox River, Trailside, Woodfield and Evergreen are on hold. This has been a very difficult decision and it is one that is not taken lightly. We hope this closing is a very short-lived one. We will continue to keep you informed of our status via email and updates will be posted on the Waterford Recreation Website.
As we approach the first few weeks of school, the district has taken many steps to welcome your children back into the building by following the guidance that has been provided from the Central Racine County Health Department, the CDC, DPI, and the Department of Health Services. Please help us follow these guidelines so our community will remain safe, healthy, and allow us to return to normal operations as soon as possible. Our Recreation staff is looking forward to seeing our entire community join us again in the near future for recreation activities/programs and facility usage in our gyms.
