Dear parent/guardian of an incoming 4K student:
If you are a new 4K enrollment or if your child was not screened for 4K in March we encourage you to sign your child up for a child screening to be held at Woodfield Elementary (905 Barnes Drive, Waterford, WI 53185) on Monday, August 24th using this sign-up genius link.
Click here for details regarding the 4K screening process. Screening is optional but encouraged. The purpose of the developmental screening is to check on the child's overall development and to determine if the child may need further testing or services prior to kindergarten.
The following safety protocols will be in place at screening on August 24th:
Only 1 parent/child will be admitted into Woodfield Elementary for screening. We ask that parents wear masks. We will have masks available for you if needed. Once your child is greeted by our entrance they will be taken into the library for screening. You may either wait outside the library in a designated and sanitized area or you can wait in your vehicle and we will call you once screening is complete.
Your child will be screened by 1 staff member only and their station/supplies will be sanitized entirely in between screening sessions.
