Hoops for Heart

Dear Parents,

We would like to thank you in advance for your participation in the American Heart Association Hoops for heart service project that Evergreen is supporting. Our goal is to raise money for the American Heart Association lifesaving research. Attached to the note that was sent are the materials that you will need to participate in this project. The following bullets will help simplify this process:

Help your child set a goal.
Select gift level desired on back of the enclosed collection envelope.
Contact family, friends, and businesses for contributions to support your goal.
Please collect all contributions in advance and convert all cash to check(s) payable to the American Heart Association.
Check to see if employer’s have a matching gift program.
If you are interested in online contributions, see directions on the attached sheet.
Turn in contributions by February 17th.

We have made a few changes to the Left Side Navigation Bar of each of the elementary schools to help you access the proper information. Our goal was to help Students, Staff, Parents and Community access the correct information quicker and easier. All previous links on the left side have been moved to either the Family/Community Resource Page or the Staff Resource Page. I hope our changes have make navigating our web pages simpler.
